Calls and texts through the concierge
The concierge can connect you straight to the business. If you tap to call, it places a normal phone call. If you tap to text, or you give the concierge your mobile number so we can reach you, you are asking us to reply by text, and you agree to receive SMS text messages from Vendly at that number. Here is exactly what that means, in plain terms.
- What you will get: replies to your question, follow-ups about your inquiry, and details you asked us for. This is not a marketing list and we do not send promotional blasts through it.
- How often: message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Stopping anytime: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help.
- No strings: agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
