Refund policy

We want you to feel good about what you buy from us. Because almost everything we sell is a service or a digital product, our refund terms depend on what you bought. Here is how it works, product by product.

Digital guides (PDF downloads, $9 to $14)

Our guides are delivered to you by email right after purchase. Once a guide has been downloaded or opened, it cannot be returned, so those sales are final and non-refundable. If you were charged but never received your download, or the file will not open, email us at jacob@vendly.ink and we will get you the file or refund the purchase.

$39 Website Teardown

The teardown comes with a simple promise: if it does not hand you a few useful changes, we refund it. We deliver your teardown within about 48 hours by email. If you read it and honestly feel it gave you nothing useful to act on, reply within 7 days of delivery and we will refund your $39, no hard feelings.

One-time website builds (Launch $250, Commerce Handoff $1,500)

These are custom build projects. Fees are earned as the work is performed, and amounts already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, because the work is done specifically for you. What you do get is a change window: for 3 days after we hand your finished site to you, we will make the reasonable changes you request within the agreed scope at no extra cost. After that 3-day window, any further changes are quoted and billed separately. If we have not started your build yet, contact us and we will work out a fair adjustment.

Monthly managed plans and subscriptions

Monthly plans (for example Launch+Care, Commerce Managed, Vendly Social, Vendly Social+Ads, Vendly Complete, and the Vendly Weekly email membership) are covered by our Subscription and Cancellation Policy. In short: you can cancel anytime, your plan runs through the end of the month you already paid for, and we do not refund partial months.

Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under the law that cannot be waived. If a client has a signed Vendly agreement (a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work), that agreement governs their project, and its terms control if anything here conflicts.
