Cancellation policy

Some of what we offer is a monthly plan that renews on its own until you cancel. This policy explains how billing and cancellation work. If you have a signed Master Services Agreement with us, that agreement also applies to your managed plan and controls if anything here conflicts with it.

Which plans this covers

This covers our recurring plans, including Launch+Care ($500 build plus $179 per month), Commerce Managed ($1,000 build plus $249 per month), Vendly Social ($200 per month), Vendly Social+Ads ($450 per month), Vendly Complete ($319 per month), and the Vendly Weekly email membership ($20 per month). Any one-time build fee tied to a plan is a separate charge and is covered by our Refund and Return Policy.

How billing works

Monthly plans are billed in advance. Your first month is charged when you start, and each following month renews automatically on the same date, charged to the payment method you keep on file. We will let you know in advance if a plan's price is going to change, and any change takes effect at your next billing date.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime. Email us at jacob@vendly.ink, or use the cancellation option in your account if one is available. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

What happens when you cancel

When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the month you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. You keep access and service until the end of that paid month. We do not charge you again, and we do not refund a partial month, since your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

Missed payments

If a monthly charge fails and is not fixed, we may pause your service until payment is current, and we may end the plan if it stays unpaid. For managed plans, pausing may include the managed website, as described in your agreement.

One-time work is not a subscription

Our one-time builds, the $39 teardown, and digital guides are single purchases, not subscriptions. They are covered by the Refund and Return Policy.
